Every year, the Humanitarian Symposium Munich (HSM), is organized by the Teaching & Training Unit at the Institute of Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine, LMU University Hospital Munich with a new and interesting topic exploring humanitarian assistance and its challenges in different situations. The symposium counts with the participation of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), providing opportunities to exchange knowledge and experiences as well as to get in touch with a great variety of institutions.
