The Teaching & Training Unit at the Division of Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine at the University Hospital of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich is looking for a
Student Assistant (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation, administration and analysis of alumni and candidate surveys.
- Supervision and administration of international participants and speakers as part of our training programmes.
- Working in the coordination office of the Teaching & Training Unit.
- Working on our scholarship programmes and in the financial administration of the unit.
- Preparation of our international academic events.
Our requirements:
- Affinity to the topics of International Health/ Global Health
- Fluency in English
- Sound IT skills (MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organisational talent
- Flexibility
- Student status at least until summer semester 2025
- Average weekly availability 5-10 hours

Employment is in accordance with the remuneration for student auxiliary staff at the University Hospital of Munich.
