The certificate programme aims for students:
- To be able to outline the basic concept of Global Health and distinguish between other approaches to Health
- To recognise the intersection between health, environment and society and integrate the different disciplinary perspectives into practice
- To be able to apply different media skills in the process of acquiring and utilising knowledge in Global Health
- To be able to engage in international teamwork and assess the best course of action
- To be able to design a research project based on the interdisciplinary competences in Global Health
- To employ diverse scientific methods to solve Global Health problems
